Uganda's High Commissioner to the Federal Republic of Nigeria, also accredited to other ECOWAS Member States and Equatorial Guinea, Ambassador Ocheger Nelson, has arrived at Abuja to take up his post. This follows the meeting he attended recently at State House Entebbe in which His Excellency, President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni briefed the newly appointed envoys on what the country expected from them.
